Like most organizations, we are doing our best to secure the health and well-being of our employees and their families. Our employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home and in teams. With many already used to working flexibly, this shift has fortunately been relatively smooth, and we believe should have little impact on our ability to deliver. We are operating just as normal and our teams will work with our clients through digital channels as much as possible. In-person audits will be partially replaced by virtual audits. As part of our journey on industry digital transformation, we will be transiting from providing printed reports and certificates to e-Reports and e-Certs from June 2020 onwards.
